Cottage Details
All of our cottages are supplied with linens, coffeemakers, books, radio alarm
clocks and more than 50 channels of color cable TV with remote controls. There are
lots of picnic tables and grills available to everyone on a first come first serve
basis. We also have a lighted fish cleaning station and freezer space for the fishermen.
Every room in every cottage has a ceiling fan. We encourage you to open your windows
and let in the fresh breezes off the Lake.
Six of our cottages have kitchens, which are completely stocked with dishes, pots
and pans, refrigerators, stoves with ovens, toasters, coffee makers, teapots; everything
except your "favorite frying pan."
We do not provide daily maid service.
PLEASE NOTE: The maximum occupancy rate per cottage is published above. There are no exceptions. This rule is strictly enforced. Those that attempt
to
break this rule will be asked to vacate the premises.

Our Reservation / Cancellation Policy
Unless any part of your reservation with us is cancelled
14 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge your credit card for the length
of time reserved.
However, we will make every effort to fill the vacancy left by your cancellation
and may be able to refund all or part of your payment. If you are making reservations
for cottages with 14 days or less until your arrival date we will charge a 50% non
refundable deposit.
There is a $25.00 administrative fee for all cancellations.
We do not accept reservations without a valid MasterCard or VISA number.
