Cottage 2025 through 2026 Rates 1, 2 and 3   Start at $90 4, 5, and 6   Start at $120 7 and 8   Start at $130 9 and 10   Start at $140 • Prices are subject to change without notice. • We are open from May 1st through October 31. • Our peak season is June 15 through September 15. Rates are slightly higher during the peak season versus the off-season.

For All Reservations
	We do not take deposits at the time you make your reservation, and unless you receive a payment link from Innkeeper.Wayfarer@gmail.com  email address, you don’t pay a deposit. You pay the full amount of your booking at check-in. Your reservation will be guaranteed by your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and ApplePay. We do NOT accept debit cards at the time of booking. You will receive a payment link via email in mid-May for cottages reserved more than 3 months prior to your arrival dates in July, August, and September. A deposit of 50% of your total balance is required between May 15th and June 1st of each year for reservations in July, August, and September. If you cancel your reservation after June 15th, no refund will be issued unless we can rebook the vacancy, except for a $35 fee to cover our costs.
